We are sure that you & your goodies will live happily ever after, but we understand that from time to time things aren't quite what you expect. They might not fit properly or they might not suit your look as much as you thought. Therefore, we offer our customers a 7 day returns service. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. 

As long as you have not worn, damaged or used the product you can return your order to us in its original condition and packaging.

A full refund will be issued (i.e the price you originally paid for the product not including postage) as soon as we’ve received the item & checked it. You will receive a notification via email as soon as your refund has been processed.


If you simply want to exchange for a different size or there is a fault with your item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will contact you to arrange an exchange.  

*Christmas exchanges: 

Orders placed from November 15th and throughout December have an extended exchange period. Orders purchased in our Black Friday sale can be exchanged but are not refundable. To exchange an item, please contact us by Jan 5th 2020. Our refund policy of 7 days still applies. This is an extended exchange period only.

Any products returned to us that have been stained by make-up, scented by deodorant or perfume whilst being tried on,
washed, or have been damaged by you on receipt cannot be refunded. The product is your responsibility until it reaches us.
